Create one record for each person
Keep names, dates of birth, relationships, identity records, and travel history separate for every applicant and dependant.
Identify shared and person-specific evidence
Some documents support the whole household, while others belong to one person. Label them clearly so evidence is not attached to the wrong participant.
Record gaps early
Missing dates, inconsistent names, expired passports, and incomplete relationship evidence are easier to resolve when they are visible at the start.
