Purpose
The Group Visitor Visa is for people travelling to New Zealand together, with the same travel arrangements and purpose.
A group administrator submits and pays for one group application, which must include an individual Visitor Visa application for every group member.
Stay
You will normally be granted a stay of up to 1 month.
A longer stay may be possible, for example for a short-term study tour. The actual stay granted depends on travel plans and trip purpose.
Eligibility
To apply, the group must:

- Include an individual Visitor Visa application for every member.
- Have each member meet Visitor Visa requirements.
- Show each member has enough money or an acceptable sponsor.
- Show each member can leave New Zealand at the end of their stay.
Each applicant must understand the group process and authorise the group administrator to view, edit and submit their application. They must also authorise communication about health or character requests, if required.
An individual applicant who does not meet requirements may be declined and removed from the group without affecting other applications.
