B-1 Temporary Business Visitor
Nonimmigrant visa for temporary travel to the United States for business (B-1), tourism (B-2), or both purposes (B-1/B-2).
CNMI-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1)
A nonimmigrant classification allowing employers in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) to employ workers otherwise ineligible under other nonimmigrant worker categories, as part of the transition to the U.S. immigration system.
E-1 Treaty Traders
A nonimmigrant classification for nationals of treaty countries engaging in substantial principal trade between the United States and their treaty country, including certain qualifying employees.
E-2 Treaty Investors
The E-2 nonimmigrant classification allows nationals of treaty countries to be admitted to the United States after investing, or actively investing, a substantial amount of capital in a bona fide U.S. enterprise. Certain qualifying employees may also be eligible.
E-2 Visa: CNMI-Only Investor
The CNMI-Only Investor (E-2) classification allows eligible foreign long-term investors to remain lawfully present in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands through December 31, 2029 while resolving their immigration status.
E-3 Specialty Occupation Workers from Australia
A nonimmigrant classification for Australian nationals coming to the United States solely to work in a specialty occupation requiring specialized knowledge and at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
